Terms and Conditions for Booking Travel and Exchanging Money

1. Introduction 

Welcome to Commonunity Collective ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including booking travel and exchanging money. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.


2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the travel booking and money exchange services provided by [Your Company Name].

  • "Booking" refers to the reservation of travel services, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, and tours.

3. Booking Terms

3.3.1. Refunds Due to Travel Cancellations: In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations:

  • If an airline cancels a flight, regardless of the reason, and the consumer chooses not to travel, they are entitled to a refund.
  • If an airline makes a significant schedule change or significantly delays a flight, and the consumer chooses not to travel, they are entitled to a refund. The DOT determines what constitutes a "significant delay" on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a consumer is involuntarily moved to a lower class of service, they are entitled to a refund of the difference in fares.
  • Consumers are entitled to a refund of fees paid for optional services if they were unable to use the service due to a flight cancellation, delay, or schedule change.
  • Consumers who purchase non-refundable tickets are generally not entitled to a refund unless the airline cancels the flight, makes a significant schedule change, or promises a refund.
  • In accordance with the DOT's automatic refund rule, airlines are required to provide automatic refunds when refunds are owed, rather than requiring passengers to initiate the process.

3.4. Changes to Bookings: Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.


4. Exchange Terms4.1. Exchange Rates: Exchange rates are subject to change without notice. The rate applicable at the time of the transaction will be used.

4.2. Currency Availability: While we strive to provide the requested currency, availability is not guaranteed. In rare cases, the specific currency may be unavailable even with a reserved rate.

4.3. Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any exchange transaction without prior notice or explanation in situations including, but not limited to, unforeseen operational issues, misuse or abuse of service, suspected fraudulent activity, or multiple bookings of the same currency on the same day.


5. Limitation of Liability
