For the comfort and safety of all guests, we encourage this experience for individuals who are physically capable of moderate-to-intense walking and do not require mobility assistance. While we deeply appreciate all travelers, this trip is not suitable for those with mobility limitations due to the terrain and activity levels involved.

 Travel Policy Terms – Nonrefundable Administrative Fee

As part of our commitment to providing excellent service, we have implemented a nonrefundable administrative fee policy. This fee helps cover essential costs related to trip planning, processing, and support.

1. Nonrefundable Administrative Fee:
   A nonrefundable administrative fee will be collected upon booking. This fee is essential for managing administrative tasks such as itinerary preparation, reservations, and customer support.
2. Transparency and Agreement:
   By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept this nonrefundable policy. All customers are encouraged to review these terms thoroughly before booking.
3. Scope of the Fee:
   This administrative fee is deducted from the total travel cost and serves solely to support our operations and enhance your travel experience.
4. Changes or Cancellations:
   In the event of any changes or cancellations made by the customer, this fee remains nonrefundable regardless of circumstances.

 Commonunity Collective LLC Travel Policy

Introduction

Commonunity Collective LLC plans epic trips and provides unique experiences through travel around the world. This international travel policy is intended to promote the health, safety, and security of all attendees of Commonunity Collective LLC trips while traveling abroad and domestically.

Policy

This International Travel Policy outlines the requirements with regard to:  

(A) Travel Abroad Insurance; and (B) Cancellation and Refund Policy.

(A) Travel Abroad Health Insurance

All Commonunity Collective LLC trip attendees are NOT covered under any health, life, or liability insurance policy paid for by Commonunity Collective LLC.

All individuals traveling on Commonunity Collective LLC trips are required to have travel abroad insurance coverage from an insurance carrier of their choice. Travel insurance ensures your trip is protected in the event of an unexpected cancellation OR in the event of a medical emergency overseas.

Verification of Health Insurance & Acknowledgment of Release

I represent and warrant that I have appropriate medical, health, and personal injury insurance. Commonunity Collective LLC is relying on my representations and warranties and will not be liable or required to provide me with insurance coverage. I am further aware that any medical, health, and/or personal injury costs resulting from or relating to the activities undertaken pursuant to this Program will be my sole responsibility.

(B) Cancellation & Refund Policy

U.S. regulations allow you 24 hours to cancel your booking for a full refund. Should you need to cancel for any reason after 24 hours from booking, all payments will be final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and no credits will be issued due to the nature of this trip and flights being non-refundable/non-transferable. It is advised that you purchase travel insurance immediately after booking to protect yourself in case of any unforeseen cancellation or accident.

Commonunity Collective LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone a trip due to extenuating circumstances.

Fees: On the 5th day of non-payment, a $50 late fee will automatically be charged. Your booking will be canceled due to non-payment after missing two monthly installments, and all previously made payments will be forfeited. Setting payment reminders remains your sole responsibility, and in no way is Commonunity Collective LLC responsible for payment reminders.

As a participant on any Commonunity Collective LLC trip, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all country, airline, or vendor requirements, including vaccines and other documents. No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to obtain the required documents or if there is a sudden change in country/airline requirements resulting in your cancellation.

All requests for cancellation must be received in writing via email at the provided email address. Cancellations cannot be made online.

I represent and warrant that I understand and will adhere to Commonunity Collective LLC's cancellation and refund policy. Commonunity Collective LLC is relying on my representations and warranties and will not be liable or required to refund beyond 24 hours of booking.
